By downloading or using AI Offline Translator (the “App”) from Cat & Bull Lab, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple Mac computers you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple software terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as allowed by law.
• Do not abuse online translation endpoints (automated scraping, attacks, or sharing install tokens).
• You are responsible for content you submit for translation and for complying with third-party provider terms when using your own API keys.

Third-party models & services

Offline engines and online providers are subject to their own licenses and terms. Glossaries may include open data (for example WikDict / Wiktionary) under their respective licenses.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Translations may be inaccurate. We are not liable for decisions made based on translations or for downtime of network services.

Purchases & billing

Paid plans and the Offline Engines license are sold via our website. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Subscription renewals, invoices, and tax handling follow Paddle’s buyer terms in addition to these Terms.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cat & Bull Lab’s total liability arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the App was free).
