Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Preplanning Gantt (“PreGantt”, “the App”) provided by Cat & Bull Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the Atlassian Marketplace and Atlassian Forge platform.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The App
Preplanning Gantt is a Jira Cloud application that lets users create and edit Gantt-style plans, manage dependencies and baselines, collaborate on plans, and transfer planned work into Jira issues. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Relationship with Atlassian
The App is distributed via Atlassian Marketplace and runs on Atlassian Forge. Your use of Jira Cloud is governed by your agreement with Atlassian. Atlassian is not a party to these Terms except as a platform provider. Billing for paid plans, if applicable, may be processed by Atlassian or its payment partners according to Marketplace terms.
3. License
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes in connection with your licensed Jira Cloud site(s).
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties outside your organization
- Use the App to violate law, infringe rights, or transmit malware or abusive content
- Interfere with or overload the App, Atlassian APIs, or related systems
- Circumvent access controls, sharing rules, or security measures
4. Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of planning data you enter, for configuring appropriate sharing permissions, and for ensuring your use of the App complies with your organization’s policies and applicable law.
When you transfer planned items to Jira, you are responsible for reviewing created or updated issues before relying on them in production workflows.

5. Free and paid offerings
The App may be offered as free, trial, or paid via Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing cycles, and refunds are governed by the listing and Atlassian Marketplace policies unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
6. Support
Support is provided as described on our Support page. We aim to respond helpfully and in good faith; specific response times and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed unless covered by a separate support agreement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet all of your requirements. Planning outputs and Jira transfers should be validated before use in critical processes.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAT & BULL LAB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) IF NO FEES WERE PAID, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira site. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cat & Bull Lab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence.
